Would you believe that I made biscotti and crepes using only my left hand?

No?

Would you believe that my Italian friends baked while I taste-tested?

It's a tough job but somebody has to do it! (And yes- they were amazing!!!)

And I did make one important contribution, if I do say so myself. In Italy, crepes are often eaten with just Nutella. So I introduced them to Nutella banana crepes. I'm sure that their lives have been forever changed for the better. (I would have introduced them to strawberry Nutella crepes but fruits are very seasonal here and strawberries are not to be found.)
